By becoming or renewing your membership of Mansfield and District u3a, you agree to:

• Follow our Code of Conduct and abide by the Constitution of Mansfield & District u3a.
• Keep your membership details up to date by updating them online or notifying the Membership Secretary of any changes, including Gift Aid status.
• Our Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
• Mansfield and District u3a may take photographs during meetings, events and group activities for use in our newsletter, website and social media.
• If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please let the photographer know. You can change your consent preferences at any time by contacting the Business Secretary
• Treat fellow members, volunteers and guests with courtesy and respect, helping to maintain the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that Mansfield u3a values.
• Understand that serious or repeated breaches of the Code of Conduct may result in membership being suspended or withdrawn.
