Starting in Cromford, this is a lovely trail, heading over the gentle hills, offering a nice variety in scenery and terrain. You'll start along the path through Middleton Wood and continue on Tor Lane, heading uphill through farmland to Middleton. Here, you'll be able to get some refreshments at the pub before continuing through grassy fields and making your way through woodland back towards the trailhead. The paths are well-marked and provide amazing views of the surrounding countryside landscape.
